Deposit: 1/4 Grass Finished Beef
We are pleased to offer 100% Black Angus grass fed & finished beef, supplemented with only high quality hay and alfalfa. These spring calfs will be finished throughout 2023 into 2024, and will be ready for processing in late spring of 2024. This payment secures your deposit for 1/4 of a cow, which is approximately 65-85 lbs of beef. The remaining balance (less your deposit) will be based on the exact total weight, figured at $8.99/lb, and will be due prior to delivery. Customers should plan for roughly 7.0 cubic feet of available freezer space for storage.
The following is our list of standard cuts for 1/4 cow. Alternative cuts may or may not be available due to the nature of splitting the total cow, however if there is a particular cut you are interested in, please let us know and we can discuss with the butcher on a case by case basis.
